ApparelZoo.com attended the 2012 Magic Trade Show in Las Vegas, Nevada held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center on August 20-23rd. Twice a year, in February and August, a community of apparel, accessories and footwear professionals (exhibitors) from around the world come together to trade information, preview upcoming trends and build new clients unlike anywhere else in the industry. Tens of thousands of attendees from over 80 countries meet more than 5,000 emerging and established brands. The show included complimentary gifts, food, and live entertainment – DJ’s and 2 exhibiting levels. Performances included Soulja Boy with a guest appearance by Lil’ Wayne. Merchandised show areas included: WWDMAGIC, FN PLATFORM, MENS/WEAR, STREET, S.L.A.T.E., POOLTRADESHOW, PROJECT and SOURCING at MAGIC.
